Brown has contracted with World Travel, Inc. to assist travelers in making their Brown-related travel arrangements while keeping in alignment with the University’s travel policies, spending and sustainability considerations, and travel preferences.

World Travel Services for the Brown Community

World Travel services include self-service travel arrangements via the Etta by Deem Online Booking Tool (OBT) and direct agent-assisted service (via phone) with World Travel’s Brown-designated representatives who can assist with managing and booking reservations, including air, rail, hotel accommodations, and car rental.

Travelers will need to create a travel profile to book travel both directly with an agent or online through the OBT, Etta.
