Transition from FCM to World Travel

Brown University is updating its travel management services to better support travelers and simplify the booking process.

We are transitioning from FCM to World Travel, our new preferred travel management company. This change will streamline travel arrangements, provide enhanced service, and offer better access to negotiated rates and tools designed for Brown-related travel.

Existing Bookings

If you have already made travel arrangements with FCM, please continue to work directly with them for any changes, cancellations, or travel-related issues related to those itineraries.

New Bookings

All future travel bookings should be made through World Travel, either via their Online Booking Tool (Deem) or through Agent Assist.
